Terms & Conditions
Please read through the following essential information and terms of booking and ensure you complete the registration form (through my online booking system) before attending your first class, workshop or retreat.
What to wear & bring
Wear comfy clothes that you can easily move around in – jogging pants or leggings are ideal. Consider wearing a couple of layers so that you can remove or add one depending on temperature. If joining me outdoors bring something warm in case the temperature drops. Consider bringing a blanket or something to keep you warm for relaxation at the end of the session.
Bring a bottle of water with you to ensure you keep well-hydrated. It is fine to eat before class, although nothing too heavy – be guided by what your body needs.
I can provide Yoga mats and props and, in-line with Covid-19 policy, these are thoroughly sanitised after each use. If you intend to adopt a regular Yoga practice, I advise you to invest in your own mat and props. I am happy to make recommendations and can provide discounts through certain suppliers – please ask.
Registration
If you are new to practicing Yoga with me, you will need to complete a registration form when you book. All information you provide me is strictly confidential; please see Privacy Policy for further details on how I store and use the information provided.
Bookings
Bookings / payment is made in advance using the booking system. Booking links provided via the Class Schedule. Please contact me if you have any problems or queries with a booking you have made.
Class cancellations
I understand that it isn't always possible to keep to your intentions, but to keep it fair for all students I have a strict booking and cancellation policy in place. Please note that I do not make any exceptions to this policy.
If you can't make a class that you have booked and you let me know 24hrs in advance, you are welcome to come along to an alternative class, space permitting. If you need to cancel your booking within 24 hours and if the place can be filled by someone else, the fee can be returned/your pass will be credited. Otherwise, the fees/pass are only refundable if the class is cancelled.
If I need to cancel a class for whatever reason, I will inform you in good time and credit your class pass/refund you to original payment method.
Class passes
Class passes are valid for a limited number of days. Please ensure you use each of the passes prior to the expiration of the pass. If a class is cancelled by me, your class pass will be extended to reflect this.
Waitlists
If you are added to the waitlist when booking and a space opens up, you will automatically be added from the waitlist into that class. If you have email notifications enabled in your account, you will receive an 'added from the waitlist' automatic email notification. If you are added from the waitlist and can no longer attend, you must cancel your booking.
Arriving for class
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time or your reserved place may be offered up to a waiting student. Latecomers are disruptive to class – thank you for understanding.
Private yoga, mini-retreats, workshops and course cancellations
These bookings must be cancelled no later than 48 hours before the start time. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Class pass refund policy
All pass purchases are non-refundable. Should you become unwell or injured a note from your doctor must be provided and your case will be assessed on an individual basis.
