A love letter to your body: 3 min guided meditation
This is a short meditation you can do anywhere. Start in a comfortable seated position, hands over your heart, and listen.
Beginner’s Yoga Practice
This is a simple practice you can do at home with just a Yoga mat. Allow 30-60 seconds per pose, listen to your body and remember to BREATH!
Relaxing winter meditation
Take some to prepare yourself before listening to this mediation. Find a quiet space where you will be undisturbed, turn down the lights and perhaps light a candle.
Ten Minute Morning Practice
This is the perfect routine to start your day - full of standing postures, this short practice will leave you feeling energised and ready to go.
Thirty Minute Yoga Flow
This thirty minute practice is a mixture of twists, bends and stretches. Working with the breathe you will move all the major muscles of the body.
