Join our team of experienced yoga teachers for a candlelit evening of deeply relaxing restorative yoga, held monthly at East Grinstead Sports Club. Each session will guide you through gentle movement, long-held supported poses, and calming breathwork to release tension and reset your nervous system — the perfect way to restore body, mind, and spirit.
No need to bring anything — mats and props are provided — but feel free to bring your own mat, a blanket, an extra layer, or anything else you need to feel completely comfortable and relaxed.
