Candlelit Restorative Yoga Evening - November

Join me for a deeply relaxing monthly session of candlelit restorative yoga. Expect gentle movement, long-held supported poses, and a calming atmosphere to help you release tension and reset your nervous system.

Absolutely no yoga experience is needed. This class is open to everyone — all that’s required is a desire to slow down and be kind to yourself. All props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) are provided, but you're welcome to bring anything you like to make your practice feel even more comfortable — an extra blanket, cosy socks, or your favourite cushion.

The perfect way to unwind and restore — body, mind, and spirit.
