Are you in need of nourishment and rest? The opportunity to show kindness and compassion to your body, and mind?

Join me for Friday Night Chill, an evening which combines the magic of Yoga and meditation with music, enabling you to truly relax.

We start with gentle Yoga flow to warm the body and release tight muscles and stiff joints. Next, we move into restorative yoga, restful poses enabling you to fully stop and relax deeply in an ambient atmosphere, to help bring back that sense of self, finding balance and grounding. Once you have settled into your final soothing position, a a deeply restful guided meditation to help relax the mind.

Finally, enjoy a ‘mini mocktail’ juice shot and raw vegan fudge. You will leave floating on a cloud, feeling rested body and mind.

This 120-minute session includes all props. No Yoga experience necessary, just a desire to relax, breathe deep and chill out.
