Welcome! I am delighted that you are interested in joining me for Yoga classes.

Whether you’re brand new to Yoga or coming back to it after time out, my classes are for you. I currently offer two styles of Yoga class. Both are accessible for all, including beginners, but one is active with more demanding poses whilst the other is a gentle style.

I currently teach in person the following classes locally:

6.30pm Wednesdays at Nutley Village Hall (starts 8 March 2023) - Hatha Yoga for all

7.45pm Wednesdays at Nutley Village Hall (starts 8 March 2023) - Gentle Yoga & meditation

6.45pm Thursdays at Chelwood Gate Village Hall - Gentle Yoga & meditation

Your first class is completely FREE when booked in advance. It gives you an opportunity to practice Yoga with me, as well as ask any questions you may have. You can claim your FREE class pass by clicking the button below.

If, after you’ve come to your free class, you’d like to continue practicing with me, you can either book and pay for one-off sessions, or if you wish to commit to a regular practice, my class passes offer the best value.

Or, for better value and flexibility you can purchase a six class pass (must be used within 90 days) and attend one or more classes per week.
